Right, they aren't there any longer, though the file (Turbobat V. 3.24 of
1994) still can be found on CIS. 

A quick look through the manual showed that some additional 4DOS commands
are supported, but not all by far, and 4DOS functions and variables are
_not_ supported. So I guess this utility is of very limited value today. 

There is a large collection of tools from them, too, from 1993, and nothing
newer. So I guess they folded down.

BTW, both are shareware.
