Yes but understand the reasoning, the instructions for opening the zip file
are in the infected email right in the users face, the instructions for
changing the OE option require the user to actually think, maybe poke
around a little or god forbid click on "help"..

First I was going under the assumption that "read as text" would
be on by default in XPsp2. If it's not then this whole discussion is really
moot because the number of users using read as text is so small it's not a
problem. However my thought was that if it were on by default then usage of
signed email would increase because of all the idiots who see HTML as
necessary to get the stupid fonts and colors in their emails.
