Sounds like all your good suggestions are doing well.
I have one simple question.  I know you want to dye paper with vegs, but
why not also consider fruits as well?  Wouldn't it be possible to use
something like blueberries or strawberries could probably make some
really pretty colours.  I am not sure if this would work since I have
never tried it.  Oh well, I guess creativity is the instigater of all
sorts of new things.
