Hi, Bob.

BL> BL> I just had a look at the stuff on the PCUG and it's
BL> BL> excellent... but the latest date is 1994. Gee, it's well
BL> BL> organised, with its own reader and automatic storage.

BL> FM> Yes I do, but I wanted to install it here first but I need a
BL> FM> bit more free disk space and the new hard disk project has
BL> FM> taken a temporary back seat.

BL> I haven't had a hard disc in the back seat since I was 18.

We know that.

BL> FM> If you're keen, you can borrow the disks Glenn sent me to play
BL> FM> with and, maybe, put it up on TML yourself.

BL> I this a "no"?

No, it's a "not yet".

BL> FM> Oh, I also grabbed the February update from his board, as that
BL> FM> came out after he sent me the disks - nearly a meg from Perth!

BL> It's crazy. I think it makes more sense to upgrade once a year,

I think 3 months is just fine. New stuff is coming out all the time
- that February update was 900+k! Although the update itself seems to be
only 300+K, they've included a new version of the update and viewing
programs and related files as well, which accounts for the rest.

BL> after someone has sorted it for you. I had a bit of a look at the 1994
BL> one from the PCUG and there is all sorts of good stuff in there, but
BL> no Delphi.

I believe Delphi only started appearing in SWAG in late '95, maybe the
08 or 11 updates.

Regards, FIM.
