This is a multi-part message in MIME format.

What you describe is how I have my machine configured. I just tried =
it right now and both Reply and Forward work just fine. Maybe you =
somehow disabled the Standard toolbar which is the one containing the =
Send button.

I've got it and I installed Office 2003.

As a side effect, OE (my newsgroup reader for Barktopus and my email =
client
for a couple of my email addresses) has broken. It *sort of* works.

It works if I want to create and send an email. I click on "Create =
mail"
and a window opens where I can create the mail message and then click =
on the
  "Send" button.

It works if I want to reply to the group in Barktopus. I click on =
"Reply
group" and a window opens where I can create the message and then =
click on
  the "send" button.

It does NOT work if I want to forward a Barktopus newsgroup message to
friend. Previously, I could simply click on the "Forward" button and =
up
would pop a message window. I'd add comments and click on the "Send"
  button.

  Not any more.

Now ... clicking on the "Forward" button (or on the
"Reply" -- as =
opposed to
the "Reply Group" -- button) opens up an edit window that doesn't have =
a
"Send" button. Nor is there a "send" command in any
of the menus. =
Clicking
on Help | About shows that the program is Microsoft Office Outlook.

Well, I've looked and looked and I cannot find a way to get to get OE =
to
  reclaim the Forward functionality.

If anybody has any suggestions, please let me know.
