We got soaked too.  We had one partial day of sun then its been high
fog ever since.  This makes it take a long time to dry.  The arenas that
aren't covered have lakes in them and the rest of the arena is so soft
its really hard on the legs. This wouldn't be so bad but the horses have
been in and its cool and they would really rather do anything than
walk.  I thought I would ride in the covered where its dry but a horse
was turned out in there and left.  She went to McDonalds for lunch
while she let her horse stretch its legs and by the time she got back I
didn't have enough time left. This horse is one of the few horses on
the place that doesn't come when I call and I wasn't going to chase
him.
