He was discussed here briefly, two weeks ago.  If he can prove his charges
about beatings and genital mutilation, someone should go to prison.  But
the story doesn't have much to do with Guantanamo, since the alleged abuse
happened in other countries through the rendition program that Obama is
retaining.  The "state secrecy" concept also is involved in the case, and
Obama is retaining that as well.
