Hi, James! Recently you wrote in a message to Ardith Hinton:
JB> Our karma sure should be better the next time around.
I hope so! I'm too busy to polish my halo right now... [chuckle].
re: Pilates exercise ball/cushion

Bingo!! I like the way you think.... :-)
re: electric carving knife
JB> ...And on foam, so I've heard. I hope you didn't invite

No, we haven't used it on anything edible since then.... :-)
JB> If you want a C-clamp opened or closed, ask a well

Hmm. Is that the kind of clamp used in surgery?
JB> Back to this "Thera-Band". Is it the latex sheeting

Technically a catapult?? Yes, it probably would... [grin].
JB> You say, the local pharmacy will stock them.
Or if not they can get it for you.... :-)
JB> Does one need a prescription, or a Core Strength
JB> Technician certificate to procure one?
Nope. Regency Medical Supplies in Burnaby has rolls of the stuff
on display just inside the door. Your local pharmacy may not have it on
display, but chances are they'll produce it from some obscure corner if you
know enough to ask for it by name & you know which colour you want.
Hint... if the colour happpens to go well with your exercise togs you can
consider it a bonus. :-))

Good idea! How about a GPS, or something that will ring like a
cell phone whenever you call a certain number? Another spare-time
project.... ;-)
JB> Now, there you go! I'll just bet the F.O.B. spells
JB> *something* out.
Yeah. I think I may be an O.T. in my next life... [chuckle].

Uh-huh. When I first moved away from my parents' house I lived
in a slum apartment where the main room was illuminated by a light bulb
with a pull chain in the centre of the room. I attached a piece of string
so I could pull the chain from the doorway. I used eyelet screws in this
application.... :-)
