The 'easiest' (<-relative) to resolve that is sometimes the mb has a jumper that resets the bios to factory specs and if it doesn't then temporarily disabling the battery will cause a reset. Make sure it isn't plugged in first but that should go without saying. Everytime I've encountered this circumstance the suitable method resolved it, the jumper reset being the better of the two options.
