I really taught this was a joke when I read that.
I can't believe Supra (Diamond) would even concider telling me that my 
SupraFax modem is only worth $45 bucks, when it is still advertised on their 
Web site for $199.95.  That's over a 500% profit for them if I upgrade.  I 
didn't realize the box was worth that much.  I would've thrown it out if I 
had kwown that.
I will upgrade my modem, but it ain't gonna be to a Supra.  That's the straw 
that broke the camel's back.  I read somewhere that USR will upgrade their 
modem to whatever the standard will be, whenever the standard will be.....
