Boy are you thick. The legal reading of the words of resale and
distribution are for the showing of the film not for the sale of
the whole film. Lawyer you will never be.
If the above as you stated was true then no one (Sams, Walmart,
etc.) would be able to sell them as then only Disney themselves
could sell the tapes. Now do you understand.

I am authorized as a retail sales person. I sell books and tapes
and whatever else that I want. There is no such thing as a
license to be an authorized bookseller or seller of anything
else. The state gives me the authorization to collect sales tax
and that is all I have to have to sell and resell any items that
I want.
