AfterUpdate happens after the data is 'saved' in the table and so 
wouldn't do you any good.
OnChange I don't know. That event probably happens whenever you change 
anything, which would slow everthing down.  I'm not too sure about that.
BeforeUpdate is defitly the right one to use.
It would have been nice if Mircosoft had provided a nice Event cycle 
chart.
