Jonathon you might try PC Cables "R" Us if you are not successful in getting
one from Alpha Computers as advised by Bat Lang. I quote from their flyer

I bought some SCSI cables from them at a recent computer market, very good
prices I thought. I don't see the specific cable you want on the flyer but
I suggest it would be a possible source.
