It was developed to provide a tool to vocational service agency directors,
system planners, and others needing to look at the effects of using Plans for
Achieving Self Support (PASS) on a strategic rather than individual basis.
It may be freq'd at DisAbility Works BBS (303) 9896156 with a magic name of
DEMOPASS or d/l'd as DEMOPASS.ZIP.  It's about 300k in zip format.  It was
developed using Borland's Delphi.
