Hi Bill..
QuebecAir flew them in Canada.  I remember living in Montreal in the early 
seventies, and watching the noisy little suckers.  We always said that they
were actually manufactured to produce noise... the fact that they flew was
simply a by-product.  I believe that they had good success with them.
