Unless it was linked against the patched emx.dll that can handle files 
that large it will fail.  EMX has the file size limitation, someone 
released an emx.dll and emx.a that could handle larger files.  My 
understanding is that rar would have to be linked against this emx.a and 
he user would have to have the emx.dll.
