Good point - I've posted info about this in the Net 102 echo, but I've not
seen the least indication anybody gives a hoot.  However, as soon as the
final proposal is released I'll be netmailing or emailing everybody to get
their opinion before voting, so I suppose I should be listed as 1:102/524.
