Do You have problems with WMI/Wbem/DCOM ? In Computer
Management>Services & Applications>WMI Control>Properties ==
You can see its properties and manipulate with all the TABs and You can see

Wild guess, had "similar" problems, not XML tho.

Sounds pretty much weird. Still, maybe it is closer to XML *.dll_s n' stuff.
