No, I said that, that it cant be the reason for the 7200 connects
coz they fall forward up to 14400 fine, tho the M34F is VERY slow
to do that, and the thruput at 14400 is fine once it gets there,
so the port speed cant be running at 9600 with that call.

And the low thruput calls which DID have a ports speed of
9600 got a 14400 connect fine and just had their thruput
limited by what a 9600 port speed to do anyway.

And the Supra doesnt force the line speed down because you have
a low port speed either, you can get a 14400 connect with a port
speed of 2400 if you are silly enough to want to use that.
