No, it's "Internet Relay Chat", a system that allows you to have
conversations with people all over the world in REAL TIME. And although
we're getting a bit off-topic here, I think it's appropriate to give a bit
of warning 'bout it.
IRC-chatting is highly addictive AND _DANGEROUS_. If you can avoid trying
it, please do yourself that favour.
