Grabs copy of FTS-5001 and does search for hold (case insensitive).

Does search for "independent" - search string not found.

Does search for region - Reference to REC, nothing about RIN's or HOLD

Ahh found it - FTS 5000

     Hold --
         Defines a node which is temporarily down,or  is a region/zone
         independent node which is reachable via IP only. Mail may be
         sent to it and is held by its host or coordinator.


Whats the point of being an IP node 24/7 if everyone's going to route your
mail somewhere else because of a hold flag?
