The full WinPT (WIndows Priviacy Tray) is around 3mb, this includes gpg,
gpgoe and winpt. the Winpt only binary is 240kb which I think is a better
size :), maybe instead of a dedicated pgp/gpg file echo, maybe something
like a cygwin/mingw/ linux ported stuff echo would be better, that way a
multitude of sins could be covered. Of course with my linux-4-kids stuff as
well :)
