VK> The Beatles never reverted progressivly
_Let It Be_ was deliberately intended to be a return to
sources. They were very explicit about this. It wasn't a
permanent hing, since it was sandwiched in between two of
their more progressive albums, but it was a definite and
deliberate reversion, which was continued in solo albums
by Lennon (_Rock 'n' Roll_) and Ringo (_Sentimental
Journey_).

one step back.
