So you're saying have the OS look each time you boot to see if the
program still exists?  What if you move it by hand?  The OS should not
be responsible...  And this is my point, programmers should be
responsible.  If you can use the OS2.INI or the SYSTEM.INI, then you can
use your own private INI file just as easily.
