    I don't know what your sysop has named it on his/her
 end, but the real name is PowerBASIC, meaning the BASIC
 programming language, specifically, the PowerBASIC
 language.  It isn't meant for your run-of-the-mill,
 any-old-language, "basic" programming questions.  That
 would seem rather confusing.
