I've chosen to make my own INI files, one file specific to each
applications.  It's easier to manage (delete it and your settings are back
to defaults), easier to restore from a backup, and the performance is
notably faster than having one HUGE file, particularly on storing data.

And, if the OS2.INI file ends up corrupted, noone can blame one of my
applications :).  Less of a liability this way, too, I guess!
