This is a matter of a formal logic. If your system can accept mail only
from another system, which is fake, for examle, then your sysem still can
accept mail, but this still does't make sense for the network. I'm afraid
P4 writers thougth it to be so obviouse, that they merely omitted the word
'from all'. Seems as if they were bad lawyers.

And now, to save a logic, we have to mentally add this 'from all' to
the phrase. And yes, it gives a way to a formally based misunderstanding
which is eagarly accepted by the people who like to look for a cracks in
the rules.
