That doesn't sound very complicated. Just install any TCP/IP software for
OS/2 and it will come with a telnet client and since telnet is a standard...

So the only thing you need is TCP/IP support for the network card (NOT for

If he just uses Warp 3 and not Warp Connect and hasn't already bought some
network software for it, it might be cheaper to upgrade to Warp 4 than to buy
the network software separately.

Warp Connect or Warp 4 will do fine. If it was only for the Netware support
you could simply install the netware client for OS/2.
