yes, I know.. and I agree just in part....
Maybe Spain is a rich country... but Spanish Scouts are NOT rich at all!!
Here in Spain only Scouts from two or three groups can send people to Jambore 
:-(
I don't remember what is the fee... but travelling + fee was about 200 pts, 
and it is more than an average father in Spain can earn in a month... so 
scouts can not go to the Jambore :-(

If it does not cover part of the fee it is easy I won't go :-(
