Wayne has gone through a lot, in the past year.
He lost his best friend, his dog.

Now, he's been evicted from his apartment, for what exact reason I have
no idea.

He also shows signs of paranoid schizophrenia, he sounds like he
believes "They're out to get me!"

Also he has an arrest warrant out.
(Forgot why.)

He needs serious psychiatric help.

If he doesn't get it, he'll end up killing himself, or go on a killing
rampage like the guy in IL tried to do. (The one who killed a minister.)
