  Not possible.  What are you trying to achieve ?

  If it's something simple, then you can tell the TCP/IP application in
  question to talk to a local socket instead of a remote one (the means
  for doing so varies from app to app), and create a filter program that
  listens on that local port, and forwards all data to the remote port
  after filtering.
