LW> yes I am Irish protestant and my mothers family is scottish. Macdonlds.
LW> We are a very rare family with less than 50 of us in the world today. I
LW> think in fact we should be listed as endangered species.
So, then where did you get a last name like Waun!? :)
LW> Well you sound Italiano which is a good thing I think. Your gal sounds
LW> okay too.
Only problem is being in college in spring... You know how the female
population dresses... I prove my Italian heritage because I definitely have
Roman eyes. :)
LW> As for the crate amp I am totally in love with this amp. I like it
etter
LW> than all the old fender amps I have. Even the reverb is tubed. You can
LW> really hear a hum on it to. No sorry but this is one amp I am a keeping.
Well, I'm happy now with my Blackface Dual Showman with a Peavey 4x12.
:)
BTW, to all you guys reading this. I noticed something about my DS. It
says Fender Musical Instruments. I was told that it was a '63. However, from
what I understand, all Blackface amps had Fender Electrical Instruments on
the faceplace until shortly after CBS bought Fender. I don't have it in front
of me, so I can't describe any markings, but what should I look for to
properly date this? It's not a big deal because it sounds great and CBS
didn't mess it up, but I'm really curious, now.
