No, I wrote the routines myself.

Don't you remember sometime last year I was asking in AVTECH for the
specs on ZIP ?   I didn't want them for the hell of it, the specs were
netmailed to me, and I created the zip packer. (store only though, but
since reply packets tend to be pretty small it wasn't worth worrying
about compression).
