If he was locked up in jail for 60+ days, as he elaborated in his post,
that you crossposted into here, exactly how could he have paid rent?

He also elaborated in the message you crossposted in here.

Furthermore, his booking information was posted numerous times in several
echoes, as was made available by the Pinellas County Sheriffs Office and
Clerk Of Court.

He was arrested for criminal trespass, he was also later released from jail
on his own recognizance and he failed to appear for a pre-trial hearing,
hence the warrant.

The only way he will get it is if his sister petitions the court to have
him declared incompetent, but he has burned his bridges down with her.

Sadly the only other way is if he gets busted again for something and the
court decides to send him to the whacky bin.
