OK, I'll explain,

If your modem is in Auto answer all the time then you are not using

it to Dial out therefore you are not spending any money.....If

anyone wants to talk to you they have to spend their money to ring

in and ask you question THEN they have to spend Their money to ring

in and get an answer from you...No cost to you..Thats bloody

selfish.
