Might be cheaper but a hell of a lot slower unless you have ISDN into both offices. I downloaded the V34Man.Txt file from the USR FTP site yesterday (well 99% before it closed the connection, seems the file is 300k in text format and you are only allowed into USR's site for half an hour,...this not being long enough to transfer 300k.
