Considering the genetic or evolutionary basis for behavior, behavior is as
complex as DNA. Our attempts to codify human behavior will consequently be
as competent as our ability to understand the human gene.
What I dislike about all of this bio ethical or theo-ethical method is the
abstraction that it presumes for it's keystone. Unlike the sciences, human
endeavor is human centered. Assuming an abstract theoretical or theological,
is to miss the central human concern to replace it with an inhuman construct.
A significance ethical discussion demonstrating the need for a human
centered view point is the hazards and utility of irrational convictions.
