Yeah, I think it's weird that he hasn't had enough quarters. One vaguely
wonders how long Otto has been on welfare. Obviously 65 days in th AF
doesn't even equal one quarter. He mentioned that he worked at some fast
food place. I've never heard him claim to have worked any other time or
place. What a boring life (if his can indeed be called a life instead of
just existing) he plays video games, posts on DU and rides a bike in fair
weather. What a waste.
