Very good point, as were your points about who uses and taxing it. As for
the possibility of marijuana's lethality many, many legal with prescription
drugs are lethal when not used as directed. An example? Just one of many;
MAOI are good for people who suffer many mental illnesses, but deadly when
taken incorrectly or with other drugs:

Monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) are a class of powerful antidepressant
drugs prescribed for the treatment of depression. They are particularly
effective in treating *atypical depression*, and have also shown efficacy
in smoking cessation.

Due to potentially lethal dietary and drug interactions, MAOIs had been
reserved as a last line of defense, used only when other classes of
antidepressant drugs (for example selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors
and tricyclic antidepressants) have been tried unsuccessfully. Recently,
however, a patch form of the drug selegiline, called Emsam, was developed.
It was approved for use by the FDA on February 28, 2006.[1] When applied
transdermally the drug does not enter the gastro-intestinal system as it
does when taken orally, thereby decreasing the dangers of dietary
interactions associated with MAOI pills.

"Anti-Zionism = Anti-Semitism"
- Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
". . . You declare, my friend, that you do not hate the Jews, you are
merely 'anti-Zionist.' And I say, let the truth ring forth from the high
mountain tops, let it echo through the valleys of God's green earth: When
people criticize Zionism, they mean Jews--this is God's own truth.
Antisemitism, the hatred of the Jewish people, has been
and remains a blot on the soul of mankind. In this we are in full
agreement. So know also this: anti-Zionist is inherently antisemitic, and
ever will be so..."

Golda Meir once said, "There will never be peace until the
Palestinians love their children more than they hate us."
