Borland .BGI files are designed to be used as dynamic
linking libraries. Your program must name the proper .BGI
file and know where to find it.
If you wish for your .BGI file to use static linking, then
you must use the BGI2OBJ.EXE program to produce a linkable
object, which may then be included in a project or a .LIB
called by your program when it is compiled.
When you register your .BGI library for dynamic linking, you
need to use the full path and library names.
