MP> RF{ trouble. She was a safty and not allowed to touch. Being
MP> cornered RF{ sent Jeremy into a tremendous emotional state and the
MP> final touch, RF{ made him go off into this episode. I've seen it once
MP> before with RF{ him. He also hates anyone saying something about him.
MP> Like once RF{ someone mentioned his missing front teeth. He ran home
MP> and hid. RF{ I'm glad they finally came in.
MP> RF{ Anyway, Mark, may know about this. He seems to have looked into
MP> all RF{ sorts of stuff.
MP> Josh had one expereince being cornered. He was shoved into a corner
MP> (large cast iron radiator on one side, cinderblock walls on the other
MP> two) by a kid. Josh warned him that he should leave him alone.
MP> The kid did not listen. When he reached to touch Josh's head, Josh
MP> avoided the kids hand and said "Leave me alone or I WILL hurt you."
MP> The kid seemed to have missed the point, but, Josh did not. Wound up
MP> breaking the kids nose and knocking out two teeth with his first, and
MP> only, punch.
MP> So, being cornered is not good for any kid. Special kids are
MP> especially sensitive to being cornered. Often, I think that they feel
MP> mentally cornered most of the time.
Yeah, Jeremy is hypersensitive. Looking at him a split longer than he
feels necessary will send him into a catastrophic state. Of course, he
has a problem with identifing emotions, handling them. Handling
them means only one thing...................defense mechanism turn on.
I've rarely ever seen him start a fight, but watch out if he get irratated.
