I don't know.  Certainly nobody was electrocuted, but I've no idea if
anybody tried to break into the downstairs laundry after I'd wired the
doorknob.  We were living at Carlingford at the time, and beneath the house
had been burgled the week before, which is why I did it.  I was 12 years
old then, BTW.
