If you want to apply, hit up wiki.doorparty.com and give it a whirl. It
usually takes a day or two for me to process it and reply. The wiki explains
which files you need to connect after your application is approved.

If you're talking about the files and program that run DoorParty, it's a
modified Synchronet, so I can only point you to the base install, synchro.net
