That's what I did for one case. I bought a surplus AC 120V fan, silky
quiet bearings, and very sturdy, not like the typical DC boxers. I've
moved it to every case I upgraded into and it is still like when new. It
cost less than a brand new DC one too.

BTW having the fan draw air out through the supply case is somewhat less
effective since hot air is less dense than cold air. It's more efficient
to pump cold air into an enclosure than to draw hot air out of it.
