Hello to everyone in all zones!  Please read and answer in you can help.

There is a Policy 4 amendment proposal underway, but not enough
of the non-english *C's are aware of it, or understand what it's about.
I am asking anyone who has a little spare time and skill to translate
the text of  the proposal (and a summery/introduction) into your native 
language(s), and then send those translations to your RC's.

Anyone will and able to assist, please respond here, or via routed 
netmail to 1:105/38.  I will post the intro, summery and proposal in
several consecutive messages in the near future.
