to do with my time on line than worry about such things...now ¨to the
point, i live in sydney and uploaded the ascii data to the ¨two best bbs'
for stock investors in australia, namely the melb pcug ¨on 03 6996611 - you
must be a member, and peter cooney's financial ¨markets bbs on 03 5325754.
peter provides an EXCELLENT (sorry for ¨the capitalization!!!) service for
gratis and, you'll be ecstatic to ¨know, i've uploaded two HUGE zipped
files usstock1.zip and ¨usstock2.zip they contain what you have requested
in zip format. BTW ¨i am afraid to say that sydney lags centuries behind
melbourne in ¨the provision of bbs facilities to those of us who either
invest or ¨track/chart overseas and australian stocks/shares. as to your
beef ¨about the cost et al all i can say is TRUST ME there is NO other
¨service as cheap for what you get as almax, teletext is a useless ¨joke
and what's the problem anyway it's tax deductible (almax i ¨mean). i'm also
afraid the whole ineternet bizzo is a bit of a wank, ¨after all why fart
arse around surfing for snippets when i know what ¨i want where i can get
it and what to do with it when i get it. ¨quite frankly despit the cost of
compuserve - again tax deductible - ¨if you know what you want from the net
and where to get it, the ¨newest compuserve wincim 1.4 gets you in and out
with a smooth quick ¨interface
