 I sent you netmail (and so did Bob Moylan) when we got back into this fight. 
Never did hear back from you. I have gone OCR on them. It had to stop. The 
principle wants to play games.

 Right now they think we do not know anything about the law. They will find 
out different when the OCR comes knocking. They have treated us like we 
believe them and they really are trying to help.  There are like 16 
items in the complaint starting with no evaluation and placement in 1.5 
years, two evals with no placement, disclipining for behavior related to 
handicap, etc.
 Bubba just got off the turnip wagon.
