Hello There My Good Freind;
     I thought I would stop in and say hello. How are things? How are things
going with you and CPS. I was wondering, if you remebered the last FAX you 
sent
to me RE: our chat about Candy. Well if so, here is the latest.
     I went to court with her this morning, and she was remanded unitl
July\15\95. I was talking to her lawyer, and he says that she will be going 
o
a sort of Jail for a few days, maybe a week, I know it is not a long time, 
ut
it really did scare me. There are just so many things going on here. She is
charged with not going to school, she is charged with breaking her probation,
and under age drinking. Hell, I don't even know where to begin.
     I told her Lawyer, that after this part of it was all straightened out,
if that is possible, I am going to begin action to get "joint" custody of
Candy, so that I am involved in the raising of the child. I am the one that
clothes her, and pays for all her dammed crap, as I have found out in the
recent past, her cigarettes too. I know in a normal set of circumstances the
man would not tell anyone to do woth the child his intentions, but I just
think it is better if Barbara is forwarned in all actions taken, so it has
time to sink in, that she is able to do what is necessary to protect herself.
    So, that is where things are now. I know this is in a public conference,
and I am sure you understand why also. I was not sure if this was the right
conference or not, but I am sure I will be forgiven, and if there is anyone

computer BBS or FIDO Land, that can direct me to a better conference, I would
be glad to oblidge...Maybe NetMail ah, but that way others would not see that
I am as they are, having problems with my kid to.
