Greetings, Mitch!
  On 16 Jun 97, Wr Michelson entered the following ASCII codes for the 
express viewing pleasure of Elvis Hargrove:
 WM>
 WM> Well... I though I had seen the only dolt to ever try a windmill start
 WM> on takeoff in a twin, but I guess not!  It always amazes me that these
 WM> type manage to live as long as they do!
So, what's the correct procedure?  One run down the runway to to windmill the 
engine enough to get the prop to feather, then another run for a single 
engine takeoff, and a restart in the air?
I suppose it isn't even covered in the pilot's handbook.  How's a guy to know 
the the right way to do it?
