Watcom has, IMO, a really dumb way of doing this.  My wlink command is:

 *wlink d all SYS os2v2 dll op m exp SEMLOAD=SemLoad,SEMDROP=SemDrop,SEMLOGS&
TATE=SemLogState,SEMCREATEMUTEX=SemCreateMutex,SEMCREATESEM16=SemCreateSem16&
,SEMCLOSE=SemClose,SEMCLAIM=SemClaim op maxe=25 op q op symf op one {at}rexxsem&
.lk1

Notice the 'exp NAME=funcname,NAME2=func2name,...'

That's how you export DLL entry points.  You can also use:

'exp NAME=num,funcname,NAME2=num2,func2name,...' to give the functions ordinals.
